3rd Annual General Meeting

Machhapuchchhre Securities Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Machhapuchchhre Bank organized its 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) under the Chairmanship of Mr. Kamal Pokharel and Chief Guest Mr. Santosh Koirala, Chief Executive Officer - Machhapuchchhre Bank Ltd & President - Nepal Bankers' Association on October 31, 2025 at its office premises in Chamber Bhawan, Jamal, Kathmandu.

Machhapuchchhre Bank has inaugurated its fully owned broker company Machhapuchchhre Securities on Mangsir 21, 2080. The latest broker was inaugurated by SEBON chairman Mr. Ramesh Kumar Hamal. 

The event was also attended by the founding chairman of the bank Dr. Upendra Mahatto, chairman Mr. Roshan K.C., and other BoDs of the bank, as per the media statement.
